As more internal products were developed, inconsistencies in color, typography, and components made it difficult to maintain a cohesive brand experience. There was also no central reference for designers and developers to align on updates.
Solution :
I established a unified design system in Figma, defining foundational variables, reusable components, and documentation for usage. This system now supports consistent UI patterns, simplifies collaboration between teams, and allows faster prototyping and iteration across products.
