Problem
There was no central platform for giving or viewing feedback, and most performance discussions happened privately between individuals and managers. This limited transparency and made feedback feel formal or one-off rather than continuous. The goal was to encourage a culture of open, ongoing feedback by designing tools that make it easier and more comfortable, for people to give and receive feedback.
Solution
I designed a suite of connected talent platforms that enable employees and managers to share feedback continuously and view performance insights transparently. Each product follows a consistent visual system and interaction pattern to create a cohesive experience. Together, they promote openness, help employees understand their growth, and give managers a clearer view of team development.
