Problem
Information about the Global Innovation Team was scattered across different documents and channels, making it difficult for other departments to understand the team’s expertise or reach the right contacts. The goal was to design a clear, engaging internal webpage that presents what the team does, what projects they’ve worked on, and who to approach for collaboration.
Solution
I began by conducting user interviews with staff across departments to understand what information they needed when reaching out to the innovation teams. After mapping these needs, I designed the site structure and layouts to highlight each team’s focus areas, featured projects, and key contacts. I then collaborated with other designers and developers to bring the webpage to life using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The final site improved visibility, accessibility, and internal collaboration across the firm.
